Welcome....to the web gallery of Lady Z! Susan M. Bagrationoff (Lady Z) is an ethereal artist living in Miami, Florida. Susan is currently working out of her home studio located in Kendall, a suburb in the Miami area.
Susan has completed the work on her own new series depicting the Runes. Runes are a form of fortune telling from the day of the Druids and were derived from the Viking alphabet. These paintings have been a recreation of these ancient stones upon a canvas. Susan has used special paints to achieve a similar texture to stone. Her Runic Deck has been created from the images she painted on canvas. These cards can be used for fortune telling or simply collecting.
Currently, Susan is working on a unique series of paintings using discarded cigar boxes as the canvas. These works will be available to see online in the upcoming weeks.
